Confirm Control Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Confirm Control! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Confirm Control mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
4.User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account
5. Subscriptions
Confirm Control offers subscriptions that provide access to premium content and features. The following terms apply to subscriptions:

- Length of Subscription: Monthly
- Price of Subscription: AUD 85 per month or AUD 99 per month
- Payment: Subscriptions are billed to your chosen payment method through your app store account. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
6. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App.
- Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
7.Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Confirm Control, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Confirm Control does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confirm Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party.
