Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the services and systems
provided by Confirm Control, owned and operated by Control Confirm ABN 12 669
088 288 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing and using Confirm Control, you agree to
comply with this AUP and ensure that any other users accessing our services
through your account comply as well. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension
or termination of your access to the services.

You are responsible for any actions and communications undertaken or transmitted

Activities that can cause harm to individuals, data, systems, or services. For example, transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code, or using the service to conduct fraudulent business operations or scams.

Illegal Activities

Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law.

Infringing Content:

Use of the service to disseminate material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We
will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login
information, including your password.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP or misuse of the services.
We may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting
users who are involved in such violations. If necessary, we may access and disclose
any information, including personal data, related to your use of the services to
comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or government request.

Reporting Violations

We request that anyone who believes that there is a violation of this AUP direct the

details that would assist us in investigating and resolving the complaint (i.e.,
expanded headers, IP addresses, and a description of the content in question).

Changes to the AUP

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time, effective upon posting of the
